Final House Hurdle...I hope

Well, the inspection went great and tomorrow we have our appraisal. The deal is if it appraises at less than the asking price (or price we agreed to pay) the mortgage lender cannot fund our loan. So our house has to appraise! And it will, right? We so hope. In fact, tonight was our date night and before our movie, we did a drive by. Yes, we stalk "our" house from time to time. It's just so nice to dream. Can't wait to move in! Hope tomorrow goes well!
